Is this normal?

My kitten Eddie has this weird obsession with the tap he loves water and when he hears the tap he comes bolting through to the kitchen so watch the tap and to try and catch the water with his paw.

He can wait for hours (in a kittens world) waiting for the "drip" from the tap. Once I caught him asleep beside the tap becuse he was waiting for the drip! 

I know this is a crappy iPhone picture but it's all I had that was close to me!

P.s we always clean this daily!
